FarmSahel is seeking qualified individuals with a background in fundraising, grant writing, law, finance, or marketing to join its Board of Trustees, which provides leadership, strategy, and governance to the organization. 

FarmSahel Board of Trustees duties and responsibilities: 

• Take on and lead specific projects to grow the organization. Complete projects in a reasonable time frame.
• Help with fundraising and other efforts to secure financial support for the organization.
• Be an advocate and an ambassador for the organization and its mission (emotionally connect with donors, post on social media, network or speak in public for the organization’s mission to be heard universally).
• Attend and actively contribute to and participate in monthly board meetings.
• Help recruit new Board members.
